This week Miss Johnstone was not here this week so we had Mr Lausen and he teched as some things about Capt Cook here are 3 facts about it.

Fact 1:  Capt Cook came to New Zealand in 1769 from England/about 300 years ago

Fact 2:Capt Cook's date of birth and death is he was born on the 7/11/1728 and death is 14/2/1779 and he was 50
 years old

Fact 3: How tall is  Capt Cook? he is over 6 feet tall.

I had lots of fun this week  and I hope you can teach others.

To make you happy when you feel sad and also a dog is there to make you play when you have nothing to do.
I think A dog’s purpose is to help people in need and also to keep people safe .
I think A dog’s purpose is to tell people to go out of there homes in case of an emergency like a fire.
I think A dog’s purpose is to keep you calm in case you get angry.
I think A dog’s purpose is to save people in the sea and to make sure people are having fun.
I think A dog’s purpose is to keep people happy and safe. I think A dog’s purpose is to keep you company.

Math is fun





On math is fun I have been doing times table and I have been doing 3 and 4 times table
I got 100% right on both of them . It was a lot of fun because I learnt my 3 and 4 time table . Next step is to  learn all of my time tables.Bye bye.


Now I am learning to get better at my 8 and 9 times tables

Mathletics

In mathletics I have been learning my maths like
what number is 10 more than 45? 55.
In mathletics my favorite thing is roman numerals. I mean’s 1,  
V means 5, X means 10, L means 50,  C mean’s 100,
D means 500 and M means 1000
